Returns & Exchanges

At our shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns
- Full-size perfumes in unused, unopened condition
- Gift sets in unused, unopened condition
- Samples or travel sizes

Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return.
2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
3. We will send you a prepaid return label to affix to your package.
4. Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving the return label.
5. Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different fragrance or size, simply follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship out the new item at no additional cost.

Personalized or custom orders, as well as items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
